Hi All!
I can't believe it's already December! Hope you're enjoying the season! Have you gotten a tree, yet? The Sounds of Christmas family is heading out this weekend to get ours! There's a wonderful family-run tree lot in town that we always go to, and I'm really looking forward to breathing in a lungful of that wonderful Christmas tree smell!
Before I get to this week's top ten, I'd like to thank everyone that has stopped by and tuned in already. As we enter into December, we have listeners in all 50 states, Washington, DC and 88 other countires!
We're still loading music, including new Christmas singles from Bryan Adams, the Killers, Red Wanting Blue, Simply Red's Mick Hucknall and R&B legend Eddie Floyd (just to mention a few)! You can hear sixty minutes' worth of the best of all the new Christmas music each weeknight at 7:00pm (Eastern) during the New Music Hour!
And don't forger to get in your requests for our All Request Hour! Weekdays at noon (Eastern), you'll hear an hour's worth of the highest-rated and most-requested songs. So if there's something you want to hear, make sure you send an email to me (or comment below), and I'll do my best to get it on for you!
Looks like lots of movement on this week's Top Ten. It's getting to the point now where this list changes almost every !
By the way, if you want to help and rate the music we play, you actually have to go through Live 365, which you can get to by going here --> http://www.live365.com/stations/soundsofchristmas
I also wanted to mention that if you listen through our website, you don't have to stay on the page. If you click on the little double box in the upper right hand corner, the player will pop out, so you can go wherever you want on the web and still listen to the Sounds of Christmas!
So with all that said, here's this week's Top Ten...
1) Chris Squire "Run With The Fox”
2) Mannheim Steamroller "Catching Snowflakes On Your Tongue”
3) Harry Nilsson "Joy To The World”
4) Guster "Tiny Tree Christmas”
5) Josh and the Empty Pockets "Baby It's Cold Outside/Baby Please Come Home”
